Dangerously Charming is the first spin-off book from the Baba Yaga series. The last Baba Yaga book kind of explains the situation the Riders are in. I think this book would be best after the Baba Yaga books. The Riders have all gone their separate ways to try and heal from having their previous lives […]
Archangel’s Heart was full of surprises. I felt it was more two stories in the one book. There was the mystery and danger of the Luminata and Lijuan as well as the information Elena is trying to find out. For the most part I felt they were two different stories. Elena is getting really good […]
I have been following along with the Anita Blake series for a long time. Even after the stories and Anita made such drastic changes. My hope was that all the amour stuff would work itself out and we could settle back into the old days where most of the book was devoted to chasing down […]

Deja Who is focused on reincarnation. It is what a lot of people blame their faults and issues from. Leah is counselor for […]
Echo of Silence It was really interesting to be taken out of the normal settings of the series and explore a different area. It was obvious from the start that Stephan had either broken Silence or was on his way to. His actions just had that layer of personality that is not a characteristic of […]
Archangel’s Enigma is a book I’ve been waiting for! Naasir is one of my favorite characters. He does not have the social skills a normal person would have. That is what makes him so unique. Alex and Shimmer have moved on in their relationship after they came together in the first book. They are not exclusive but come together and basically are a couple in a lot of ways. I feel awkward with them. I think it is my feelings towards Alex. He is a character that I feel is […]
Angels’ Share is broken down into main character interactions with small episodes of the side character’s lives. The focus is mainly on the bourbon company and what William has done to the business and all the family’s finances. Lane is a big feature as he is the brother left trying to keep everything together. His […]
