The spellbinding new cosy fantasy from Sunday Times bestseller Lucy Jane Wood.

Practically perfect, in every witch way…

From the Sunday Times bestselling author of Rewitched…

Annie Wildwood is practically perfect in every witch way. Her life is a haze of pink, magic and impossibly high standards. But, when she is tasked with mentoring a troubled teenage witch with extraordinary powers, Annie’s charmed existence is quickly thrown into utter chaos…

Set in the same enchanting world as Rewitched, Uncharmed celebrates found family, unconditional love and the joy of swapping perfectionism and people-pleasing for being your true magical self.

Annie Wildwood is the picture-perfect witch. She has such a busy schedule but somehow manages to juggle working at a bakery, meeting up with friends, going on dates, expanding her magical knowledge, and looking amazing while doing it all. When the coven asks Annie to mentor Maeve, a young witch that does not know how to control her powers, Annie cannot say no. Maeve is more than a handful at the beginning of this book but the two find their groove and both Annie and Maeve bring out what the other needs in their life.

Lucy Jane Wood is a master at weaving a magical story you will not want to put down. This is a strong second book to the Rewitched series. The plot is well done, and I really loved the characters. Like in book one there is great character growth. It is mainly people pleasing Annie, but also Maeve maturing and finding how to control her powers. This one has a dash of romance, but it also takes the backburner. Overall, I highly recommend this book. If you enjoy fantasy books with great character growth and found families, you will love this book.
