March went by fast again too. I don’t know if it is because I’m getting old or what, but time seems to fly by. I don’t think I did anything this month but work. I spent my weekends just recovering. It was a slow month at work, so my days seemed really long. For some reason that seemed to wipe me out more than if I was crazy busy.
I’m still trudging along with the Keto diet. Unfortunately I’m still not great at tracking my foods so although I’m fairly sure I’m staying below my carbs, I’m not sure I’m staying within my calorie limits. Weight loss has been slow. I’m still trying to get in at least 3 days of treadmill, but am only successful at that maybe a couple of weeks out of March. I really need more motivation to get it done. The weeknights are so bad though. I don’t feel like I have enough time to do anything but get dinner, shower and go to bed. It’s frustrating. I may have to find a way to stay up a little later in the evenings and do with a little less sleep. According to my FitBit I get an average of 8-9 hours of sleep a night. It’s restless sleep, but it’s still a lot so I shouldn’t feel tired.
I’ve decided this month that I’m going to catch up on the series I’m behind in. This is going to help me use up some of my Audible credits. I seem to be able to get through audiobooks faster than ebooks or physical books. I have been spending a lot more time reading though, which is good. I may be coming out of my slump.
Let’s look at what I spent in March.

Total: | $893.06 | $9.55 | $883.51 |
I only purchased one book in March and that was for my book club. My library didn’t have it so I had to buy it. I still have tons to read so it wasn’t a big struggle to contain myself. April may be different. I will likely get the ebook version of The Savior by J.R. Ward even though I ordered the Virtual Signed copy. I don’t think I can read my VS copy. Something might happen to it! I received some good review books this month and used a couple of credits to help me get caught up on the Stephanie Plum series. I thought I had given up on that series, but I can’t stand that I haven’t finished it or at least caught up. I don’t know if that series has ended yet or not.
Let’s look at all the goodies I brought in during the month of March!
I’m really excited about these reads so am trying to spend as much time as I can reading so I can gobble them all up. Some of these review books are pretty far ahead of their release dates, so at least I have time. Because of the far out release dates though, I’m lagging on reviews for the blog. I’m trying to find some more content to keep some posts to be published. Creativity is tough for me, so I’m mainly depending on memes and tags. I was thinking of doing a currently reading quotes meme but that is so close to other quote memes I’m scared I’ll miss giving someone credit. Definitely do not want to step on anyone’s toes. That kind of stuff makes it hard to decide on what kinds of posts I want to do.
So how was everyone else’s March? Did you get any good books? Anything you’re excited for in April? Any good memes or tags you can suggest that I can fill up my calendar with?
