Surfing around YouTube, you’ll see a lot of “Booktubers” doing “Book Tags”. They are fun posts with crazy book related questions. I’m definitely not doing this on YouTube, but I did think I would do some of the tags here on the blog. You never know, could be fun! A lot of tags ask you to tag someone and I’m not going to do that. I’m just hoping that you’ll grab the tag and do one yourself. Then come back and share your link, or even tag me so I’ll see it! This is a tag I found in a Goodreads group by username buydubook in a Readaholics group. It’s from a few years ago, so a lot of you have probably already seen it.
How many books is too many books in a book series?
When I’m looking at series to start, I normally look quicker at the ones that are 10 or under. After that I start to have a hard time remembering events and details.
How do you feel about cliffhangers?
I detest cliffhangers. If I fall into one in a series that is not finished yet, I get so angry.
Hardcopy or paperback?
I love my hard covers. I like paperbacks too, of course. But I love to lovingly pet a nice hard cover book.
Favorite book?
Not a fair question, there are too many to choose from.

The most recent book you just couldn’t finish?
I can’t DNF a book. Well I shouldn’t say can’t. I have maybe 2 that I didn’t finish. The last one was Burned by Karen Marie Moning. I was reading it when all that stuff with her narrator blew up and I couldn’t bring myself to finish reading something of hers.

I like to own the books. I want it to belong to me and sit pretty on my shelf.
A book you dislike that everyone else seem to love? Cast in Hellfire by S.M. Reine How this book got as many stars on Goodreads as it did is beyond me.

Bookmarks! No defiling of the beautiful pages!

Can you read while hearing music?
I used to be able to do this. However, as I’ve gotten older, my ability to concentrate has deteriorated. So no, I can’t read while listening to music.
One POV or multiple POV’s? (POV’s = Point of views)
I really enjoy getting multiple POV’s. It seems to fill out the book more.
Do you read a book in one sitting or over multiple days?
Unfortunately, I’m not that fast of a reader, so any book normally takes me multiple days. There are some books I wish I could just sit and read all day and finish, but I’ve never been able to do it.
