I think I was pretty conservative for the month of June. I DID get seats at the Andrews’ table for Buns and Roses. I tried to stay up until midnight when they went on sale, but I fell asleep. Luckily, my bladder decided to be my alarm clock and woke me up five minutes after midnight so I was able to get my seats! I hate that it’s so far away, but at least I’m prepared. This is what June looked like for me!

I don’t know if I am going to consider my spending for Buns and Roses tickets as “going over budget” as I purchased a friend’s ticket at the same time. We are doing some cons and travelling and we’re just going to consider the cost part of my contribution to our trip fund. The book haul was small, with a few ARC’s and I won Wolf Unleashed by Paige Tyler from a giveaway.

I jumped into some challenges this month. One was Blog Ahead hosted by Anna at Herding Cats & Burning Soup. I was supposed to get 15 posts scheduled during that time. I think I have it, but I need to do a count because they will not all show up in the challenge bar because they are not posted yet. I will do a wrap-up post on that one. Anna also hosted a Get Social Challenge where a lot of blogs signed up and we were to visit them all I think twice through the two weeks that the challenge ran. Unfortunately I only got through the list once, but there were a couple blogs on there that I visit pretty often anyway. There were almost sixty participants and it was really fun to do the visiting and meeting new bloggers.

June has been kind of testing month, trying to find out how to work my schedule between being in my craft room and getting blogging done. I only have weekends to work with as the evenings are already scheduled reading time. I pretty much jam pack my weekends, but I’m hoping to have enough “bookish” products to do a post on what I have available. I’m kind of combining planner products with bookish things, so you will never know what you will find. I may even do some pug things. Since they run my life! I have a bunch of tumblers and tote bags I’m working with right now, so you can expect to see some of those. Keep watch on TD Crafts and Creations as I’ll hopefully get new stuff up every week. If you have any suggestions or have something you’d like to see, go ahead and contact me. I love requests!

Anyway, let’s see what new books arrived at my house this month!

That pretty much sums up the month here at Rantings of a Reading Addict. How was your month? Did you pick up any goodies? There was a new release I thought for sure I was going to download this month, but I decided to wait until I got some ARC’s out of the way. I hope everyone has an amazing 4th of July! Let me know what kind of fun things you did!
