The Christmas Tree Farm is book 3 in the Dream Harbor series. I am LOVING this series so much; Laurie Gilmore’s writing style is just addictive, and I can see what all the hype on these books is about.
Kira North uproots her life and moves to a dilapidated Christmas tree farm in Dream Harbor. Determined to make her own way in life, she tries to get this farm running, her very livelihood depends on it.
Bennett Ellis, here on vacation visiting his sister (main character in book 1!) somehow gets roped into checking in on the grumpy tree farmer. Sparks are flying, and somehow this Mr. Fix It is warming Kira’s grumpy nature. I could not wait to see how this romance blossomed.
I am going to just outright say that Kira is nasty to people at the start of the book. She does defrost her grumpiness as the book progresses, for which I am very thankful. I loved the relationship between these two and need more books in this series asap. If you are a fan of grumpy x sunshine romance books you have to check this out.
