RRA-TopTen
Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because The Broke and the Bookish are particularly fond of lists. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list  that one of our bloggers at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It’s a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

Topic for March 24, 2015 is Top 10 Books From My Childhood (Or teen years) That I Would Love To Revisit

I am not going to get ten out of this list. I can say that right now. When I was a kid, I was mostly out in the woods, riding 4-wheelers, ice skating and all that stuff. I did read, but not a lot that I would really want to revisit. In my teen years, from middle school up, it was all my mother’s Harlequin romances and I read them so fast, they are a blur now. I’m going to list the ones I do remember.

  • Anne of Green Gables by L.M. Montgomery
  • Nancy Drew Series by Carolyn Keene
  • Flowers in the Attic (really all of the V.C. Andrews books)
  • To Kill a Mockingbird
  • Sweet Valley High series created by Francine Pascal

Anything else I read, I really don’t remember. Those are the only ones that stick out in my head, like I said, until I hit the Harlequin phase. Then it went by so fast I have no memory. I spent a whole summer at about a book a day, so they really were a blur, so this turned into a top 5 instead of 10.

What books from your childhood or teen years would you like to revisit?
