This week was a total bust for me. I was trying to come up with a good answer to why, as I was making sure I got up from my desk more and got on the treadmill, but still, I couldn’t seem to get to my daily goal. It was kind of frustrating. Today is the start of my next tracking week, so I’m going to try some new things to get those steps up. I did not track my food at all this week. It was another week of intense cravings, and I completely forgot about my fruit. I need to say, those Skinny Cow Chocolate Divine things may be meant for dieters. But I don’t think they mean for you to eat more than one at a time.
You would think that with such a bad week I would just dump this post for the week. I don’t want to do that as we are a group and not only is it good for me to get the motivation from the rest of you, it also shows other members that we ALL have bad days, and we can jump up the next round and restart the week.
I hope you all did great despite all this crazy weather we are all having. I’m a big baby when it comes to cold (who would believe I come from Canada!) and Texas has had some crazy cold this week. I wasn’t going out in that, hello treadmill! Let’s stay warm with some good old movement! Ready, set, go!
