I can’t believe 5 years has passed! There have been a lot of ups and downs over these years. Times when the blog was running great. Great interaction, lots of reviews and posts. Then there were times when posts and reviews dropped, or got behind and it was a struggle to try and regain the followers that had given up on us. Many times, frustration led to thoughts of quitting, but I am doing this for fun and I have to keep reminding myself of that. It’s not about numbers, or how well my FB page is running. It’s about me, my interest in talking about my favorite (or not so favorite) books, and having a good time interacting with those followers who make it by and comment. I try to keep my focus on being an active part of the book blogging community and support the blogging friends I have made. Especially the ones who stuck with me through the tough stuff.
Because those of you who have stuck by me for all these years still pop by, I’m going to have a giveaway to thank you. You all mean a lot to me and it really is fun to talk with you all on the blog, since I don’t make it to Twitter or Facebook that often. I keep trying, but man, Twitter is still not my friend! š
