It’s the end of the world as we know it. TJ Klune does it again, We Burned So Bright is an emotional journey you will not forget. It tells the tale of an older gay couple on an end of the world road trip. Don and Rodney have been together for a long time and now they are packed in an RV and heading to Washington. We tag along on their journey and get to hear all the stories about the people they encounter as well as their own story. This novella really packs a punch. You will be moved while reading this, and I will warn you to pack your tissues. Overall, I highly recommend this book.
Narration:
Kirt Graves was perfect in the narration. He brought the story to life and conveyed all the emotions. He was easy to follow, and I had a great time listening.
