Surfing around YouTube, you’ll see a lot of “Booktubers” doing “Book Tags”. They are fun posts with crazy book related questions. I’m definitely not doing this on YouTube, but I did think I would do some of the tags here on the blog. You never know, could be fun! A lot of tags ask you to tag someone and I’m not going to do that. I’m just hoping that you’ll grab the tag and do one yourself. Then come back and share your link, or even tag me so I’ll see it! I saw this tag at Angel’s Guilty Pleasures who got it from a GREAT read who found it over at Fiction No Chaser who originally saw it over at Hot Shot Headlines. These are going to take some thought. Some of these questions have such a big choice of books, I don’t know how I will pick one to answer!
I know this is like one of the most popular series ever. But I just can’t muster up the interest to make time for it. I’ve watched bits and pieces of the movies, but not one all the way through. I think I just prefer my characters older.
I cannot finish this series. The characters totally turned me off the series and I couldn’t bear to listen to another book. I thought maybe it was “book 1 syndrome” so I listened to book 2, but nope, I just finished that one thinking of all the time I’d wasted.
I tried this one once. I couldn’t get very far into it. I just was not interested. I’m not a classics person, and I know there are a lot of books I could have chosen, but there were too many to choose.
Chic Lit does not contain any of the elements I need to have in a good read. I have to have a hot romance and a ton of action. I don’t get enough excitement in this genre to keep me interested.
This book I still have on my shelf as it was a gift from my parents. I’m not a non-fiction reader so am not likely to ever pick this up except to read the inscription from my parents on the inside.
