The Half-Moon Hollow series is one of my absolute favorites and I can always count on it for a laugh. I’ve been following closely and watching as this is a series I normally listen to on audio but the preorder link has yet to come out. Once this becomes available you can be sure I will be doing the preorder!
Half-Moon Hollow is a small town that has a great vampire population. The characters normally find themselves in some kind of pickle and through crazy plans find their way out again. We always get caught up in hilarious situations with characters that are witty, sarcastic and just a whole lot of fun. The series is a spin-off of the Jane Jameson series, also by Harper, but you do not need to read those to enjoy this series. Each book seems to stand on it’s own without depending too much on back story. Many of the characters carry through book to book, but their stories aren’t directly tied to another’s which makes just picking up any book in this series to start an easy thing.
Accidental Sire releases July 25, 2017 and hopefully the audio will be ready and releasing on the same day. Amanda Ronconi narrates this series and does an amazing job of bringing out the fun, sarcastic attributes of each of the characters. I definitely recommend trying the audio, but either way, don’t miss it! Mark your calendars!
